The incredible musician Tedashii Lavoy Anderson, who is known simply as Tedashii, is a Christian Hip Hop artist, composer, and a member of the Southern Christian Hip-Hop collective, 116 Clique. He began his career as a solo artist, releasing his debut album, Kingdom People, in 2006. He also hosted the NGEN Radio show Serium. His fifth solo album, Never Fold, was released in 2019, and 116 Clique’s sixth album, Sin Vergüenza, came out in 2020.
Born and raised in Texas, Anderson’s career as a solo artist began in 2006 with the release of his debut album, Kingdom People. Since then he has brought out four more solo albums, Identity Crisis, Blacklight, Below Paradise, and Never Fold. His fourth album, Below Paradise, was recorded soon after the tragic loss of his infant son in 2013, and documents his spiritual struggle at the time.
