Tedashii Anderson

As a founding member of the acclaimed hip-hop group 116, Tedashii made his debut with the collective in 2005, cementing his place in the Christian hip-hop scene. Embarking on his solo artistic journey in 2004, he released his debut album, Kingdom People, in 2006. This was quickly followed by the critically recognized Identity Crisis in 2009, and the impactful Blacklight in 2011, establishing his distinctive voice and narrative style within the genre. Tedashii continued his prolific output with the release of Below Paradise in 2014, an album that resonated deeply with audiences and peaked at an impressive No.

Tedashii’s music has also garnered significant commercial placements, featuring in projects for prominent brands such as YouTube’s Black Creators, the Fast & Furious Video Game franchise, Samsung, and Adidas, demonstrating his broad market appeal. He further expanded his solo discography with the release of the This Time Around EP in 2016 and the full-length album Never Fold in 2019, showcasing his continued artistic evolution. In 2021, he also contributed to the 116 album Sin Vergüenza. Maintaining a dynamic release schedule, Tedashii released the This Time Around 2 EP in 2022.

Despite sustaining injuries during 116’s final concert that year, he continued to push creative boundaries. His recent endeavors include the powerful Dead Or Alive, Pt. 1 EP in 2023, followed by the highly anticipated Dead Or Alive, Pt. 2 EP in 2024, continuing to deliver his signature blend of impactful lyrics and compelling production to a dedicated global fanbase.
