Terrence Jones, a former NBA power forward, transitioned from a celebrated college career to a professional athlete, achieving an NCAA Championship and individual accolades. After leading Jefferson High School to three consecutive Oregon Class 5A state championships between 2008 and 2010, Terrence Jones emerged as a top national prospect. During his junior year (2008-09), he averaged an impressive 32 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 blocks, and 3 steals per game, followed by 30 points, 14 rebounds, and 6 assists per game in his senior year (2009-10). His exceptional high school performance earned him selections for both the 2010 McDonald’s All-American Game and the 2010 Jordan Brand Classic.
Following his impactful NBA career, Jones transitioned to international play. In 2017, he joined the Qingdao DoubleStar Eagles in China, where he continued to showcase his versatile skill set. His success continued in 2019 when he played for TNT KaTropa in the Philippines, earning the prestigious PBA Best Import of the Conference award during the Commissioner’s Cup. Jones has also maintained an active professional basketball career by playing for various teams in both the G League and the Baloncesto Superior Nacional, demonstrating his enduring commitment to the sport.
