A lover of finecuisine, she turned her passion into a career at a young age, representing herschool at national cookery competitions and then moving in to hospitalitybefore going on to work alongside high-profile celebrity chefs.

After a diagnosis of ME, Kelly began to examine herlifestyle and diet, discovering that low fat and high sugar, excessiveexercise, insufficient sleep and gluten intolerance had contributed to herdistressed immune system and low energy reserves. Since then she has workedtirelessly to raise awareness on these issues, co-founding Two Influence—London’s first brand influence agency—as well as 360* management, which bringsbrands together to develop, engage and influence. She works on everything fromproduct and brand development to strategic social media consultancy, via eventmanagement to PR strategy. Despite her busy workload, Tessa also found time tolaunch Co Fro – the UK’s first soft serve coconut frozen yogurt which is freefrom dairy, gluten and refined sugar.
