Award-winning food blogger Thalia Ho has gained worldwide recognition for her decadent recipes, poetic prose and inspired flavour combinations. In 2016 the creator of hugely popular blog Butter and Brioche won both Reader’s and Editor’s Choice in SAVEUR Magazine’s Blog Awards for “The Best Baking and Sweet’s Blog”. Ho now lives in Australia, but comes from a generation of European bakers. A self-taught baker, her recipes are based around both flavor and memories from her Asian and European heritage and childhood, and her extensive travels.
