The Bucket List Family, known as the Gees to their friends, are five travel journalists, exploring and sharing the world’s most extraordinary places. Comprised of parents Garrett and Jessica, and young children Dorothy, Manilla and Calihan, the family have a million subscribers on Instagram and over four million followers on Instagram across their family and individual channels.

The Gees’ incredible journey began in 2015, when they embarked on a round-the-world adventure that would change their lives forever. After father Garrett sold a successful app to Snapchat, the family decided they wanted to pursue a life of meaning and exploration, sold their possessions, and set up a blog and social media channels to chart their progress. When it comes to recording their adventures, the family are a true team – while Garrett works on videography, photography and editing, Jessica runs social media channels and works with sponsors and collaborators, and daughter Dorothy is even beginning to help her father on creative work.

Since setting off, The Bucket List Family have travelled to over 65 countries, and done everything from skydiving and swimming with sharks, to celebrating hundreds of ordinary and extraordinary moments around the world. Service and compassion is at the heart of everything they do, and the family usually find time while travelling to volunteer, raise awareness, and dedicate their time and energy to supporting the many different communities and places they come across. After three years on the road full-time, they decided to set up home in Hawaii, collaborating with Home Love Network’s Andy and Candis Meredith to create a base from which they continue to travel on amazing adventures throughout the world.
