Strongman competitor Tom Stoltman has won Scotland’s Strongest Man twice and appeared twice at the World’s Strongest Man competition.
Born and raised in Scotland, Stoltman comes from a family of strongmen, with his brother Luke having won Scotland’s Strongest Man an incredible five times. Tom is now giving his brother a run for his money, with three silver medals and two gold at the Scottish competition, as well as a recent bronze and silver at Britain’s Strongest Man. In 2017 he came second in UK’s Strongest Man which was the same year he made his debut appearance at the coveted World’s Strongest Man championship. He returned in 2019 where he placed fifth in the competition, establishing himself as one to watch in coming years and living up to his fierce reputation. Stoltman, now nicknamed The Albatross, is known for his sense of humour and cheeky persona, often demonstrated through his tongue in cheek social media posts. He has several sponsorship deals and is an ambassador for a wide range of high profile brands including Nordic Botanics, Silverback Gym Wear, Reign Body Fuel and Mirafit.
Stoltman looks set to return to competitions following the Covid-19 pandemic, and has been training hard during lockdown in preparation for the tournaments ahead. He is a fan favourite in the world of strongmen competition, and has even released his own line of merchandise with his brother Luke.
