Trevor Baptiste

Trevor Baptiste led the University of Denver to a historic National Championship victory in 2015, marking the first time the program, or any team west of the Appalachian Mountains, claimed the title. His stellar collegiate tenure earned him recognition as a 4x First Team All-American (2015-2018) and a 2x Tewaaraton Award Finalist. Prior to his collegiate success, Baptiste was recognized for his abilities, earning Under Armour Underclass All-American status in 2013 and a US Lacrosse All-American team selection in 2014, while accumulating 100 goals, 43 assists, and 640 ground balls. Baptiste’s professional career launched in 2018 when he was drafted first overall by the Boston Cannons in Major League Lacrosse (MLL), where he earned an MLL All-Star selection that same year.

He followed this with a bronze medal at the 2019 World Indoor Lacrosse Championship, demonstrating his versatility in both field and box lacrosse formats. Expanding his professional footprint, Baptiste also competes in the National Lacrosse League (NLL) and was named to the NLL All-Rookie Team in 2019. He currently plays for the San Diego Seals in the NLL, continuing to be a formidable force in box lacrosse. Baptiste continues to be recognized for his ongoing excellence and leadership, with a selection for Second Team All-Pro in 2025 and an anticipated PLL Champion title in 2025, underscoring his continued impact on the sport.
