Most recently, Steven has focused on mental health awareness within the construction industry as CEO of Mindflow, an initiative launched in 2025 at the National Football Museum in Manchester. Mindflow encourages construction workers to discuss mental health and provides awareness sessions. The ‘Talk Football Talk Mental Health’ program involves current and former football players visiting construction sites to deliver these sessions and train mental health first aiders, garnering support from prominent figures like Gary Lineker and Robbie Fowler.
