Trevor Svajda

Trevor Svajda gained significant early recognition in his tennis career, culminating in being named the 2024 AAC Freshman of the Year and earning AAC All-Conference Singles honors while playing as Southern Methodist University’s No. 1 singles player. His exceptional collegiate performance also saw him named AAC Player of the Week on March 19, 2024. Svajda transitioned to the professional circuit in 2023, receiving a wildcard into the US Open qualifying rounds after reaching the final of the USTA Boys’ 18s National Championships.

This success was quickly followed by two more singles titles in June 2025, winning both the M15 San Diego and the M15 Lakewood tournaments. Demonstrating versatility, Svajda also claimed an ITF World Tennis Tour doubles title at the M15 Lakewood in June 2025. His strong performance on the tour propelled him to a career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 388, achieved on October 13, 2025, and he has accumulated career prize money of $92,513 (combined singles and doubles).

Further recognition of his talent includes receiving a wildcard into the BNP Paribas Open ATP 1000 Indian Wells qualification during the 2024-25 season. Continuing his collegiate accolades, Svajda was named Third Team All-ACC in 2025. During the 2024-25 season, he further advanced his professional standing by reaching the quarterfinals of the Bakersfield Open, highlighting his consistent competitiveness on the professional tour. Svajda continues to build upon these achievements, solidifying his presence within the ATP Tour and ITF World Tennis Tour as a formidable competitor with a promising trajectory.
