Wint Yamone Naing, formerly known as Wint Yamone Hlaing, is a celebrated Burmese television and film actress. She rose to fame with her portrayal of Mar Yar Cho in Myanmar’s first drama series, *The Sign of Love*. Her journey in the entertainment industry began in 2010 when she joined Tin Moe Lwin’s model training program, which laid the foundation for her modeling career. Following professional training, she participated in numerous runway shows and beauty contests, earning several awards including second runner-up in both Miss Christmas 2010 and Miss Now How 2011, and ultimately winning the Miss Lily Contest in 2012.
Her acting career took off after starring in an Air Mandalay TV commercial in 2012. She became a recognizable face on billboards and magazine covers, leading to more opportunities in TV commercials and music videos. Encouraged by a friend, Wint auditioned for *The Sign of Love* and was selected from nearly 100 candidates. Her role as the villainous Mar Yar Cho was highly acclaimed, catapulting her to national stardom.
In 2016, she made her film debut in *Angel of Eden*, followed by *The Filmmakers*. She continued to star in multiple seasons of *The Sign of Love* due to its immense popularity. Her role as a senior CID officer in *Room Number?* further solidified her reputation as a talented actress.
