In collaboration with Marks & Spencers’ Sleep Shop, two experts were booked through MN2S to join The Sleep Lab host Dr Julie Smith on a brand new podcast.
Marks & Spencers have teamed up with Dr Julie Smith for an all-new podcast focused on the quest for a “perfect night’s rest”, featuring a range of guests that includes “experts on sleep hygiene, hypnotherapy, baby sleep-training and nutrition related to rest.” According to M&S, “by the end of this series you should be able to experience the bliss of a beautiful night’s sleep. You’ll feel refreshed and ready to take on whatever life throws at you.” We’ve provided two of the experts for The Sleep Lab: sleep scientist Dr Kat Lederle and nutritional expert Dale Pinnock.
