Jungle legend Ray Keith has been nominated in three categories at this year’s We Love Jungle Awards.

Ray Keith, the Jungle pioneer behind many of the genre’s biggest tracks such as ‘The Chopper’ and ‘The Terrorist’ has been nominated for three prizes at the 2016 We Love Jungle Awards.

Keith has been nominated for Best Jungle Producer, where he is up against the likes of Serial Killaz, Bladerunner and Congo Natty. He is also up for the Best Jungle Radio Show Award for his show The Blueprint on Radar FM, competing against Radio 1’s 1 in the Jungle and Liondub on Kool FM among others.

Ray Keith’s third and final nomination at this year’s We Love Jungle Awards is for the Jungle Inspiration/Pioneer Award, where his is nominated alongside artists including Navigator, Kenny Ken and Dillinja.

When the DJ-producer heard he about his nominations he tweeted his thanks to those choosing the awards and the fans, saying “I am blessed.”

Ray deserves to win every one of these awards, but with tough competition, it could go either way on the night. The We Love Jungle Awards ceremony will be taking place on 4th February at Mint Warehouse in Leeds where over 100 artists will be performing.
