Jungle legend Ray Keith is set to release his new EP Babylon Dread on 26th May 2017
King of Jungle Ray Keith’s new Babylon Dread EP is on its way. The EP will be released on Keith’s own label Dread Recordings, and it is pitched as a celebration of all that label can be.
The four tracks demonstrate Ray Keith’s unstoppable drive and uncompromising vision. He combines elements of classic Jungle and Drum n Bass with more modern production techniques to bring listeners a fresh, bass-heavy sound rooted in the old school.
All of the EP’s four tracks are credited to Keith, with the opener ‘Feel Some (Penny’s Mix)’ featuring remix work from the equally ferocious Penny.
Aside from making this EP, running his record label and playing dancefloor-shaking live sets, Ray Keith has been hosting a weekly show on Radar Radio. Recent special guests on the show include DJ Aphrodite, General Levy, Roni Size, Bladerunner, and many others.

Next month, Ray will be manning the booth at O2 Academy Oxford for P30 Memorial Mashup. Ray is on the bill with DJ Guv, DJ SS, Logan D, TNA and Eskman among others for a night that is being teased as “Pure Jungle/Drum n Bass.”
