MN2S is excited to announce British-Ghanaian Afrobreats musician Mista Silva has joined the booking agency roster.

Mista Silva released his debut EP in 2012 titled Full Vim. He became the first unsigned UK Afrobeats artist to have a track playlisted on BBC Radio, with that track being ‘Now Wats Up’.
The EP and single were so successful he soon signed with Polydor in 2014.

He has played in the BBC Live Lounge, walked the catwalk for Ashish and seen major coverage from I-D, Wonderland and The Guardian.

In 2015 Mista Silva released two back-to-back EPs: Let It Off 1 and Let If Off 2. Once again his music made it onto 1Xtra, this time the single ‘B.A.D.’ He spent the rest of 2015 playing major festivals around Europe including Le Cabaret Vert, Roslindale and Glastonbury.

This year, Mista Silva has been in and out of the studio, working on new music and embarking on a European tour with Tonga Balloon Gang, featuring Mike Skinner of The Streets and Murkage Dave. They have performed in Germany, Ibiza and Bulgaria among other countries.

After the tour, Tonga Balloon Gang released the single ‘CCTV’, featuring Jaykae and Mayhem NOBD. Mista Silva also released the track ‘Goes Off’ with KSI, which was viewed over 3 million times, and ‘Lifestyle’ which was premiered on Complex.

Mista Silva’s debut album is due for release in 2017, and he has been nominated for this year’s MOBO Awards.
