The much-hyped singer and songwriter dropped in to Mista Geo’s Saturday night show to talk about her latest single, “Habit”.

Taking part in a remote interview hosted on Mista Geo’s YouTube channel, ELIZZA discussed her most recent release, “Habit”, and her personal experience of being an upcoming artist during the global pandemic. At only 18 years old, ELIZZA relocated to London to chase the lifelong ambition of becoming a professional musician, singer and songwriter. Pushing a unique sound that’s not easy to categorise – she describes it as “not just pop and not just R&B […] dreamy, poetic, and honest”, bringing together forward-thinking pop production and influences from electronica with vocal talents that promise global success. Isabel Carr in Rollacoaster magazine observed that: “the elasticity of a career in its nascent stages affords her an elusive sound […] which keeps evolving as she draws fresh inspiration from artists in her orbit.” In early, ELIZZA released “Want To Keep”, a romance-themed Myles Stephenson collaboration.
