Issues, an innovative metalcore band formed in 2012 in Atlanta, Georgia, quickly made a name for themselves with their unique blend of metalcore, nu metal, pop, and contemporary R&B. The band’s debut EP, “Black Diamonds,” released in November 2012, showcased their distinctive sound and garnered attention for its engaging tracks, including the lead single “King of Amarillo.” Their ability to fuse genres set them apart in the music scene, leading to a growing fanbase and critical acclaim.

In 2014, Issues released their self-titled debut studio album, which debuted at number nine on the US Billboard 200. This album was praised for its innovative DJ-based breakdowns and electronic influences, solidifying their reputation as pioneers of a new sound often referred to as “new nu metal.” The band continued to build on this success with their remix album, “Diamond Dreams,” further demonstrating their versatility and creativity.
