Arlo, an English singer and songwriter, has achieved critical acclaim and multiple awards, solidifying her presence in the music industry. After uploading demos to BBC Music Introducing in 2018, Arlo Parks released her debut solo single, ‘Cola,’ in November 2018 through Beatnik Records, quickly amassing over three million streams on Spotify by November 2019. This early success led to her signing with Transgressive Records in 2019 and the release of her debut EP, ‘Super Sad Generation,’ in April 2019. That same year, Parks began performing at significant events, including The Great Escape in May and Glastonbury Festival in June, before embarking on her first tour supporting Jordan Rakei in September.

Her career progression continued with the release of her second EP, ‘Sophie,’ in December 2019. In 2020, Parks garnered further attention with singles such as ‘Eugene’ and ‘Black Dog,’ the latter being named BBC Radio 1’s Tune of the Week.
