Deap Vally, the dynamic American rock duo formed in 2011 in Los Angeles, California, has made significant strides in the music industry with their powerful sound and energetic performances. Comprising Lindsey Troy on guitar and vocals and Julie Edwards on drums and vocals, the duo quickly garnered attention with their debut single, “Gonna Make My Own Money,” released in July 2012. Their unique blend of hard-riffing blues-rock and scuzzy aesthetics drew comparisons to iconic bands like The White Stripes and Led Zeppelin, establishing them as a formidable force in the rock genre.

In 2013, Deap Vally released their debut album, “Sistrionix,” under Island Records, which showcased their raw talent and solidified their presence in the UK Albums Chart.
