Jon Randall

Born Jon Randall Stewart on February 17, 1969, in Duncanville, Texas, Jon Randall began his musical career as a guitarist for Emmylou Harris’ Nash Ramblers. His early years in music quickly led to significant recognition, winning his first Grammy Award in 1992 for their “Live at the Ryman” album. This early success set the stage for a multifaceted career that would see him evolve from a performing artist to a highly sought-after songwriter and producer within the country music genre. Randall’s career progressed with the release of several solo albums, including “What You Don’t Know” (1995), “Willin'” (1999), and “Walking Among the Living” (2005). His composition “Whiskey Lullaby,” recorded by Brad Paisley and Alison Krauss, earned the 2005 CMA Song of the Year Award.
