Wage War

Wage War is an American metalcore band known for their blend of heavy grooves, guitar work, and melodic elements, consistently releasing new music and touring internationally. After self-releasing their EP ‘The Fall of Kings’ in 2011, Wage War, originally formed in 2010, established their distinct sound within the metalcore genre, leading to their pivotal signing with Fearless Records in 2015. The band, which initially operated as Empires and briefly as War Within in 2012, solidified its lineup to include Briton Bond on lead vocals, Seth Blake on lead guitar and backing vocals, Cody Quistad on rhythm guitar and clean vocals, Chris Gaylord on bass and backing vocals, and Stephen Kluesener on drums. Their debut studio album, ‘Blueprints,’ released in 2015 through Fearless Records, immediately set the stage for their dynamic blend of heavy grooves and melodic elements, launching their extensive career.

Showcasing their versatility and willingness to explore new artistic avenues, they released ‘The Stripped Sessions,’ an acoustic album, in 2022, offering fans a unique perspective on their discography. Maintaining their commitment to creating new material, Wage War unveiled their fifth studio album, ‘Stigma,’ in June 2024, further pushing their genre boundaries while retaining their signature intensity. The band’s consistent release schedule and relentless touring have solidified their position as a prominent force in contemporary metalcore. With five studio albums and one EP to their credit, Wage War continues to actively tour and record, captivating audiences worldwide and reinforcing their reputation for powerful performances and innovative songwriting.
