Wage War

Wage War, an American metalcore band formed in 2010 in Ocala, Florida, has made significant strides in the music industry since their inception. Originally known as Empires, the band underwent a transformation in both name and lineup, solidifying their identity as Wage War with the addition of bassist Chris Gaylord and drummer Stephen Kluesener. Their debut EP, “The Fall of Kings,” released in 2011, showcased their early potential and set the stage for their future success.

In 2015, Wage War signed with Fearless Records, marking a pivotal moment in their career. Their first studio album, “Blueprints,” released on November 27, 2015, received critical acclaim and established them as a formidable force in the metalcore scene. The album’s success was followed by their sophomore effort, “Deadweight,” which debuted on August 4, 2017, further solidifying their reputation through extensive touring, including appearances at the Vans Warped Tour.

The band’s third album, “Pressure,” released on August 30, 2019, showcased their evolving sound and lyrical depth, with singles like “Low” and “Who I Am” resonating with fans. Their fourth studio album, “Manic,” released on October 1, 2021, continued this trajectory, featuring singles that highlighted their dynamic range and musical prowess.

Most recently, Wage War released their fifth studio album, “Stigma,” on June 21, 2024, which includes the hit singles “Magnetic” and “Nail5.” With a diverse musical style that incorporates elements of metalcore, hard rock, and industrial metal, Wage War continues to captivate audiences and push the boundaries of their genre.
