Young Miko gained significant industry recognition following the release of her debut EP, ‘Trap Kitty,’ in 2022, which showcased her distinct blend of Latin trap, reggaetón, and hip-hop. Her momentum grew in 2023 with the collaborative single “Classy 101” alongside Feid, marking her debut on the Billboard Hot 100. During this period, she expanded her collaborative footprint, working with notable artists such as Villano Antillano, Jowell & Randy, and Bad Gyal. Further solidifying her industry presence, The Wave Music Group secured a long-term distribution agreement with Capitol Music Group in April 2023.

Her public identity as an openly lesbian artist has been noted for enhancing visibility within the music industry. Continuing her global outreach, Young Miko embarked on her XOXO Tour in 2024, scheduling performances across North and Central America. Her touring experience includes serving as an opening act for Karol G on the Mañana Será Bonito Tour in 2023, and she is set to open for Billie Eilish on the Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour in 2025. Her exceptional talent has also been acknowledged by the industry’s highest honors, including a 2024 Latin Grammy nomination for Best Urban Fusion/Performance for “Young Miko: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol.
