During her time at Rocky River High School, she set a school record with 43 goals in 2013, directly contributing to the Rocky River Pirates’ first state championship victory that same year. Elinsky began her collegiate soccer career in 2014 at the University of Illinois, playing in 20 games and scoring 2 goals. She then transferred to the University of North Carolina, where she played for the Tar Heels from 2015 to 2017. A versatile player, Elinsky competed in 62 games for North Carolina, predominantly as a holding midfielder, scoring 3 goals, and was instrumental in the Tar Heels winning the ACC Women’s Soccer Tournament in 2017.
