Andrea Savage

Andrea Savage is an American actress, comedian, and writer recognized for her diverse roles in television and film, including creating and starring in TruTV’s ‘I’m Sorry’ and appearing in productions like ‘Step Brothers’ and HBO’s ‘Veep’. After developing her comedic skills through weekly performances at The Groundlings theater, Andrea Savage gained early recognition for roles including Renata Vargas on ‘Sweet Valley High’ in 1997 and a recurring role as Chelsea in ‘Significant Others’ in 2004. She continued to build her comedic portfolio, starring as Tillie Sullivan in the Comedy Central mockumentary series ‘Dog Bites Man’ in 2006. Savage then landed a notable role as Denise in the blockbuster film ‘Step Brothers’ (2008), which led to a successful comedy tour alongside industry heavyweights Will Ferrell, Zach Galifianakis, Demetri Martin, and Nick Swardson.

A significant career milestone came with the creation, writing, and starring role in the semi-autobiographical TruTV series ‘I’m Sorry’ (2017–2019), which subsequently gained wider popularity and a new audience when it began streaming on Netflix. In 2019, Savage launched her podcast, ‘Andrea Savage: A Grown-Up Woman #buttholes,’ further expanding her reach in the digital audio space. She continued to diversify her acting work, starring in the film ‘Look Both Ways’ (2022) and voicing the character Serena Ryan in the animated feature ‘Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe’ (2022). Most recently, Andrea Savage joined the cast of the Paramount+ series ‘Tulsa King’ (2022–present), starring opposite Sylvester Stallone as Stacy Beale.
