Britt Lightning

Britt Lightning established herself as a virtuosic lead guitarist through a diverse early career, beginning with her role in the all-female hard rock band Jaded from 2004 to 2011. During her tenure, Jaded released two albums, with one featuring tracks produced by Gary Katz, and performed at significant festivals including Locobazooka, Rock 101, and WAAF. Jaded also embarked on a European tour in 2006, supporting W.A.S.P. In 2011, Lightning expanded her artistry by performing as the character and guitarist ‘Lick’ in the New York-based rock musical ‘Chix6,’ showcasing her versatility across different musical genres.

Concurrently with her touring and recording commitments, Britt Lightning serves as the Artistic Director for Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp. In this influential role, she is responsible for teaching, booking celebrity counselors, and hosting masterclasses, contributing to the development of aspiring musicians. Her impactful contributions to the music industry were further recognized in 2024 when she was honored as a recipient of the prestigious She Rocks Award.
