Caterina Banti stands as a beacon of excellence in the realm of sailing, specializing in the dynamic Nacra 17 category. Hailing from Italy, Banti’s journey to the upper echelons of the sailing world is defined by her unwavering determination and unparalleled skill on the water.

Teaming up with the accomplished Ruggero Tita, Banti embarked on a voyage of triumph that saw them clinch victory on numerous prestigious stages. Their partnership bore fruit with two remarkable performances at the Nacra 17 World Championship, capturing the gold medal in 2018 and a bronze in 2017. Their dominance extended to the Nacra 17 European Championship, where they asserted their supremacy with an impressive trio of gold medals secured between 2017 and 2020.
