Charlie Starr is a well-known American vocalist and guitarist who is best known as a member of the Southern Rock band, Blackberry Smoke. Blackberry Smoke are an American rock band from Atlanta, Georgia, consisting of Starr, Richard Turner, Brit Turner, Paul Jackson and Brandon Still. Together, they have released six popular studio albums and several live albums and extended play recordings. They have toured throughout the United States and beyond.

They have opened for famous bands such as Zac Brown Band, Eric Church, ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
