Chef Anthony Thomas

Chef Anthony Thomas is a private chef and healthy lifestyle advocate from the DC metropolitan area. He specializes in creating unique dishes that prioritize both taste and nutritional value. His culinary journey took a significant turn in 2004 when he was diagnosed with Arteriovenous Malformation, a rare and life-threatening brain condition. Following successful surgery, he credits his recovery and sustained good health to a diet of nutritious food.

In 2009, Chef Anthony combined his personal health experience with his passion for food to establish a catering company. This venture serves a diverse clientele and a variety of events. He has also expanded his work into publishing, authoring several books including “ChefAntWow: Vol. 1 – A Collection of Recipes” and “Meal Prep, is the New Leftovers.” Demonstrating his commitment to educating younger generations, he has also self-published children’s books such as “Ashlyn Eats – a children’s recipe book” and “Mommy, Daddy What Is This? A fun coloring book.
