Chris Duhon is a distinguished former professional basketball player and coach, renowned for his impactful career as a point guard in the NBA. Duhon began his journey at Salmen High School in Louisiana, where he earned accolades such as Louisiana Mr. Basketball and a spot on the McDonald’s All-American Team. His collegiate career at Duke University solidified his reputation, culminating in an NCAA Championship in 2001 and recognition as a Second-team All-American in 2004.
Duhon’s professional career commenced when he was drafted by the Chicago Bulls in 2004. Over four seasons with the Bulls, he showcased his skills, averaging 6.5 points and 4.4 assists per game. His leadership on the court was instrumental in guiding the team through competitive seasons, and he quickly became known for his defensive prowess and playmaking abilities. Following his tenure in Chicago, Duhon played for the New York Knicks, Orlando Magic, and Los Angeles Lakers, further establishing his legacy in the league.
