About

Cirie Tiffany Fields was born on July 18, 1970, in Jersey City, New Jersey. Her early career involved diverse roles, including surgical instrumentalist, home care provider, candy factory worker, and telemarketer. She pursued a nursing degree at St. Francis Nursing School in New Castle, Pennsylvania, and subsequently worked as a clinical coordinator at Norwalk Hospital Surgical Center. These early experiences provided a foundation in observation and human interaction, which proved valuable in her later television career. Fields gained widespread recognition through her multiple appearances on the reality competition series Survivor, beginning in 2006. Her adept social game and strategic thinking quickly established her as a formidable and respected competitor.

Fields’ journey on Survivor commenced with “Survivor: Panama — Exile Island” in 2006, where she finished in 4th place. She returned for “Survivor: Micronesia — Fans vs. Favorites” in 2008, achieving a 3rd-place finish and becoming a key member of the “Black Widow Brigade” alliance. Her strategic play continued in “Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains” (2010), where she placed 17th, and “Survivor: Game Changers” (2017), finishing 6th. Notably, in “Game Changers,” she was eliminated without a single vote cast against her, a testament to her social influence. Beyond Survivor, Fields extended her reality TV presence to “The Traitors” (2023), where she was the sole winner of the $250,000 prize, and “Big Brother 25” (2023), placing 5th alongside her son. She also participated in “Australian Survivor: Australia V The World” (2025), securing 4th place, and is slated for “Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans” (2026), making her the first contestant to compete on Survivor six times.

Throughout her career, Fields has been recognized for her impact on reality television. In 2011, she was inducted into Xfinity’s Survivor Hall of Fame. Community polls by Rob Has a Podcast consistently rank her among the top Survivor contestants. In a 2015 CBS Watch magazine issue, viewers voted her the tenth greatest contestant. Her influence was further highlighted when numerous winners from “Survivor: Winners at War” named her as the best player to have never won the American version of Survivor. Fields’ ability to navigate complex social dynamics and her consistent performance across various competitive formats underscore her reputation as a strategic and engaging figure in reality television.
