Cole Seward, also known by his stage name Raquel Hunt, is America’s first and only little person drag queen and one of the freshest stars of Lifetime’s long-running reality show Little Women: L.A. Seward was one of several new faces who appeared in the show’s eighth season, which premiered in 2019, and made an immediate impact, provoking some end-of-season drama between two of the show’s already-established stars, Christy and Autumn.
Six years and eight seasons into its run, Little Women: L.A. is a hugely popular reality show that follows the everyday lives of a group of women born with dwarfism. It has made stars of the likes of Christy McGinity, Terra Jole, Tonya Bank, and Elena Gant, and inspired versions of the show based in New York, Dallas, and Atlanta. Seward was a welcome addition to the 2019 line-up, bringing a new dimension to the show alongside fellow newbies Myeksha Smith, Jordan Domingo, and Dominique Presta.
Seward may be one of the new stars of a long-running reality show that has spawned many spin-offs, but off-screen he prefers to remain enigmatic. Before turning up in Los Angeles, he was over 900 miles north, working as a hairdresser and a bartender in Olympia, Washington — he won the 2019 Best Bartender in South Sound Award. It’s as Raquel Hunt, however, he has made history by becoming America’s first-ever little person drag queen. Now established as part of the cast of Little Women, and with an ever-growing social media fanbase, it surely won’t be long until Seward is hanging up his scissors and bar towel for good.
