After his breakthrough lead role in Joel Schumacher’s ‘Tigerland’ (2000), where his portrayal of the defiant soldier Boz earned critical praise, Colin Farrell swiftly established himself as a versatile and compelling actor. His career began with BBC drama ‘Ballykissangel’ (1998) and his first film role in Tim Roth’s ‘The War Zone’ (1999). Farrell quickly gained recognition in major Hollywood productions, including Steven Spielberg’s ‘Minority Report’ (2002) as Justice Department agent Danny Witwer, and his first leading role in a major studio film, Joel Schumacher’s ‘Phone Booth’ (2002).
