Panwar’s competitive career took off in 2018 when he won two gold medals at the ISSF Junior World Cup in Suhl. He showcased his exceptional skills by leading the junior men’s team to a world junior record score in the 10 metre air rifle event. Additionally, he partnered with Elavenil Valarivan to break the world junior record in the junior mixed team event, further establishing his reputation as a rising star in the sport.
In 2019, Panwar continued to excel, winning a silver medal at the ISSF World Cup in Beijing, which secured a quota position for India at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
