Dylan McDermott

A Golden Globe winner and Emmy nominee, Dylan McDermott is recognized for his impactful work across film, television, and theater. His career-defining role as attorney Bobby Donnell in the critically acclaimed legal drama ‘The Practice’ (1997-2004) earned him a Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series – Drama in 1999, alongside a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series the same year. During this period, McDermott was also featured in People magazine’s ’50 Most Beautiful People in the World’ in both 1998 and 2000. Prior to his breakthrough television success, McDermott made his screen debut in the 1987 film ‘Hamburger Hill’ and gained further recognition for his role as Jackson Latcherie in the 1989 hit ‘Steel Magnolias’.
