Elliott Gould is an American actor known for his versatile roles in film and television, including his Oscar-nominated performance in “Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice,” his iconic portrayal of Trapper John in “M*A*S*H,” and his recurring role as Reuben Tishkoff in the “Ocean’s” film series. He is also recognized for his extensive work on television, including hosting “Saturday Night Live” multiple times and playing Jack Geller on “Friends.” After earning an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Paul Mazursky’s groundbreaking film Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice in 1969, Elliott Gould went on to establish a career defined by versatile and memorable performances across film and television.
