Emery Moorehead

Emery Moorehead was drafted by the New York Giants in the sixth round of the 1977 NFL Draft, launching a distinguished 12-season professional football career marked by exceptional versatility and leadership. He began as a wide receiver and fullback for the Giants, playing three seasons until 1979, before moving to the Denver Broncos for the 1980 season. In 1981, Moorehead joined the Chicago Bears, where he made a significant impact by transitioning to tight end and securing a starting position for seven consecutive years.
