Emery Moorehead

Emery Moorehead is a revered figure in Football, renowned for his prowess as a tight end and wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). Born on April 29, 1954, Moorehead’s journey to football stardom began at the University of Colorado, where he showcased his versatility playing both running back and wide receiver.

Captaining the 1976 Big Eight Conference champion Buffaloes, Moorehead left an indelible mark on college football with his dynamic playmaking abilities. His transition to the NFL came in 1977 when he was drafted in the sixth round, marking the start of a remarkable professional career spanning 12 seasons.
