Emily Bergl

Emily Bergl gained significant recognition for her lead role as Rachel Lang in the 1999 supernatural horror film The Rage: Carrie 2. Her professional acting career began in theater, notably appearing in a production of Romeo and Juliet in San Diego in 1998, a foundation that quickly led to significant film and television roles. Following her feature film debut, she secured a recurring role as Francie Jarvis in the popular series Gilmore Girls from 2001 to 2003 and made a guest appearance on Star Trek: Enterprise in 2003. A major milestone arrived with a pivotal role in Steven Spielberg’s acclaimed 2002 miniseries Taken, showcasing her ability to handle complex characters in a high-profile production.

Beyond acting, Emily Bergl has also established herself as a cabaret singer, performing in premier clubs and releasing the album Emily Bergl Live at the Algonquin.
