Federica Panicucci

Federica Panicucci, born on October 27, 1967, in Cecina, Italy, began her television career in 1987 on the program “Portobello” with Enzo Tortora as one of the ‘telephonists.’ The following year, she joined the cast of the daily television game “Il gioco delle coppie,” marking her early presence in Italian broadcasting. Early in her career, from 1991 to 1996, Panicucci became a prominent presenter on Italian TV channel Italia 1, where she hosted various shows including “Unomania,” “Twin Clips,” “Smile,” and the significant summer music festival “Festivalbar.” Her work during this period established her as a recognizable face in Italian television, leading to further opportunities across different networks.

Throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s, Panicucci expanded her portfolio, hosting programs such as “Arrivano gli uomini,” “Jammin Night,” and “Il ballo delle debuttanti” on both Italia 1 and Rai 1. She transitioned to Rai 2 in 2000, where she hosted daily programs like “Affari di cuore” until 2002, followed by other talk shows focused on relationships such as “Batticuore” and “Scherzi d’amore.” From 2003 to 2005, she co-hosted the late-night show “Bulldozer” with Enrico Bertolino and also presented TV events like “Concerto di Natale” and “Bravograzie,” showcasing her versatility across different formats.

Beyond television, Panicucci also established a successful radio career, starting in 1996 with “Dear Deejay” on Radio Deejay and later hosting “Superclassifiche” and “La superclassifica” on R101, a program about the Italian music chart that continues to air.
