Selena Sturmay is a Canadian curler from Edmonton, Alberta, known for her achievements in junior and university curling, and her recent success in the Scotties Tournament of Hearts. After leading her team to an undefeated 10-0 record and national title at the 2019 Canadian Junior Curling Championships, Selena Sturmay went on to represent Canada at the 2019 World Junior Curling Championships in Liverpool, securing a silver medal. Earlier in her career, Sturmay made her first appearance at the Canadian Junior Curling Championships in 2016, skipping her team from Airdrie to a fifth-place national finish. In 2018, she represented Alberta at the Canadian Mixed Doubles Curling Championship alongside her brother Karsten.

The team advanced to the playoffs, ultimately securing a notable fourth-place finish. Beyond her competitive curling achievements, Selena Sturmay is a registered nurse with Alberta Health Services, demonstrating her commitment to both her demanding athletic career and her professional responsibilities.
