Frank Pandolfe is a retired United States Navy Vice Admiral with a distinguished career that spans over four decades. Graduating from the United States Naval Academy in 1980, Pandolfe’s journey to the upper echelons of military leadership was marked by remarkable achievements. He earned a Ph.D. in International Relations from Tufts University in Boston, showcasing his commitment to academic excellence alongside his military service.
Pandolfe’s operational expertise became evident during his command of the USS Mitscher from 1999 to 2001, where he received the Battle Efficiency Award three times. His leadership extended to commanding the US Sixth Fleet and active service in the War in Afghanistan. Post-retirement, Pandolfe founded Pan Global Strategies, a strategic planning consultancy, where he serves as CEO.
