The man-mountain Frank Ragnow is a professional Football center, who plays for the Detroit Lions of the NFL. He is also a video content creator and co-hosts the Grizzly Man Outdoors YouTube channel along with his brother, Jack, a show which focuses on hunting, fishing and exploring the great outdoors.
Born and raised in Minnesota, Ragnow was rated as the 24th-best offensive tackle in the nation and the No. 3 prospect from Minnesota as a senior during his High School years. Rated as a four-star athlete by ESPN, he committed to play college football for the University of Arkansas, and went on to be named Second-team All-SEC 2016, and Second-team All-American 2017. He turned professional when he was selected by the Detroit Lions in the 2018 NFL Draft, signing a four-year, $11.78 million contract with a signing bonus of $6.64 million. He was named Second-team All-Pro in 2020, and Pro Bowl 2021. In May 2021 he signed a four-year contract extension worth $54 million.
