Gabriel Byrne is an Irish actor, producer, and writer recognized for his extensive work in film, television, and theatre across international platforms. After gaining early recognition in Irish television with roles in ‘The Riordans’ and its spin-off ‘Bracken,’ Gabriel Byrne launched his acclaimed international film career portraying Lord Uther Pendragon in John Boorman’s ‘Excalibur’ in 1981.
