His impressive collegiate career continued in 2019 with a Second Team All-American distinction and another First Team All-MPSF selection. Prior to his university success, Daube was instrumental at Orange Lutheran High School, securing a CIF Division 1 Championship and earning First Team All-Trinity League and First Team All-America selections. In 2019, he further demonstrated his international prowess, securing his first Pan American Games Gold Medal in Lima. Daube’s professional career saw him quickly rise through top European clubs.
That same year, Daube was recognized for his outstanding performance at the World Aquatics World Championships, being named to the Media All-Star Team and consistently ranking among the top scorers for the national team. Currently, Daube competes for VK Jug in Dubrovnik, Croatia, maintaining his high level of play in one of Europe’s premier leagues. Most recently, Daube delivered a standout performance at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, where he was a key member of the USA Water Polo Men’s Senior National Team that secured a bronze medal and earned a coveted spot on the World Aquatics Media All-Star Team. His commitment to elite competition continues with a confirmed move to Apollon Smyrnis in Greece for the 2025-26 season, solidifying his status as a consistent high-performer at both club and international levels.
