Krisztián Manhercz

Krisztián Manhercz launched his professional club career with Vasas in 2013, quickly establishing himself as a formidable wing player. After a season with Vasas, he moved to Szeged, where he played from 2014 to 2017. During these formative years, Manhercz achieved significant success on the junior national stage, securing a gold medal at the Youth World Championship in 2014 and a silver medal at the Junior European Championship in the same year. He continued his trajectory with a bronze medal at the Junior World Championship in 2015, consistently demonstrating the performance that led to his debut with the Hungarian men’s national water polo team in 2016.

Most recently, Manhercz was instrumental in Hungary’s gold medal victory at the World Aquatics Championships in Fukuoka in 2023. Since 2023, he has been competing professionally for Marseille, continuing to perform at the sport’s highest levels. He also represented Hungary at the 2024 Summer Olympics, where the team finished in 4th place. A decorated Hungarian water polo player, Manhercz consistently delivers on the world stage, contributing to multiple European and World Championship titles.
