After launching her YouTube channel in 2011, Jaclyn Hill quickly established herself as a prominent beauty personality known for her celebrity makeup tutorials. Building on practical experience gained as a freelance makeup artist and from her tenure at a MAC Cosmetics store, Hill’s channel rapidly gained popularity, leading to significant industry collaborations. In 2015, she partnered with the Australian cosmetics brand BECCA to create ‘Champagne Pop,’ a highlighter that achieved record-breaking sales, selling over 25,000 units in 20 minutes through Sephora.

This monumental success contributed to Estée Lauder acquiring BECCA for $200 million in 2017. The same year, Hill initiated a long-standing collaboration with Morphe Cosmetics, releasing an eyeshadow palette featuring her personally curated favorite shades.
