Jason Sudeikis

Jason Sudeikis has built a career spanning improv comedy, sketch writing, acting, and critically acclaimed television production. After being hired as a sketch writer for the iconic ‘Saturday Night Live’ in 2003, Jason Sudeikis rapidly distinguished himself, becoming a featured player by May 2005 and achieving repertory status in 2006. During his decade-long tenure on the seminal sketch comedy series, he was renowned for his impactful political impressions and memorable recurring characters such as the Devil on ‘Weekend Update.’ Prior to his television breakthrough, Sudeikis honed his comedic craft in the improv scene, beginning at ComedySportz in Kansas City, studying at The Annoyance Theatre and ImprovOlympic (iO Theater) in Chicago where he was a founding member of the long-form team J.T.S. Brown.

He also secured two Golden Globe Awards for Best Actor – Television Series Musical or Comedy (2021) and multiple Screen Actors Guild Awards, including Outstanding Actor in a Comedy Series (2021, 2022) and Outstanding Ensemble in a Comedy Series (2022). Beyond his Emmy-winning work, Sudeikis continued to diversify his portfolio, contributing voice work to major animated features such as ‘The Angry Birds Movie’ (2016) and ‘The Angry Birds Movie 2’ (2019), where he voiced the lead character, Red. He explored dramatic roles in independent films like ‘Sleeping with Other People’ (2015), ‘Colossal’ (2016), and ‘Kodachrome’ (2017). In 2016, he took on the lead role in the Off-Broadway production of ‘Dead Poets Society,’ further showcasing his range.

Most recently, he provided voice work for the ‘FIFA 23’ video game in 2022.
