Jenny Johnson

Jenny Johnson was born in Texas on May 19, 1978. She began her career as a television news producer. In 2012, Johnson gained widespread attention for her activity on Twitter, particularly following a public exchange with the singer Chris Brown. Her online presence led to a significant increase in her follower count, eventually reaching over 400,000.

Her rising profile in digital media led to opportunities in traditional entertainment and publishing. In 2013, she was recognized as the “Queen of Twitter” at the TradioV Twitter Awards. Johnson has made multiple appearances on radio, including Lance Bass’ ‘Dirty Pop’ show on Sirius/XM, and has been a panelist on Fox News’s Red Eye. She also competed on the Comedy Central program ‘@Midnight’. Her work extended into print media, becoming a regular contributor to GQ magazine, Glamour magazine, Grantland.com, and Paper Magazine.

Johnson expanded her creative work further by entering the book publishing sphere. Her book, “Immature Adult,” a collection of essays, was published by It Books/Harper Collins in 2015.
