If you were a child growing up in the mid 80s to early 1990s, then there’s a good chance that you’ve heard of the hit family sitcom Growing Pains. If you’re now aboard the nostalgia train, then you should be familiar with child star Jeremy James Miller, also known as young Ben Seaver.
Jeremy Miller is an American actor, best known for his role alongside Alan Thicke as Ben Seaver in Growing Pains. The role catapulted him into stardom as he received the Young Artist Award for Best Young Supporting Actor in a New Television Series, the nomination for the Young Artist Award for Best Young Actor Starring in a Television Series and was also nominated for the Young Artist Award for Exceptional Performance by a Young Actor in a Long Running Series Comedy or Drama.
This early success prepped Jeremy Miller for future roles in many movies and tv shows such as voicing the character of Linus van Pelt in several Charlie Brown projects and Shalom Sesame.
