Julia Budd made history on March 3, 2017, when she became the inaugural Bellator Women’s Featherweight World Champion by defeating Marloes Coenen. She successfully defended her title three times, establishing a dominant reign against top contenders including Arlene Blencowe and Talita Nogueira. Her impressive championship tenure concluded on January 25, 2020, at Bellator 238.
