Julia Simon, a distinguished French biathlete renowned for her exceptional achievements in cross-country skiing and rifle shooting, secured the prestigious Overall World Cup Title in the 2022–23 Biathlon World Cup season, additionally earning discipline titles in both the Pursuit and Mass Start categories. Her professional biathlon career began with her debut in the Biathlon World Cup season of 2016–17, where she demonstrated immediate promise. She quickly advanced, joining the esteemed Savoie Ski Committee and subsequently the French Biathlon Team. Simon’s early success included a Gold Medal in the Single mixed relay at the Biathlon World Championships in Pokljuka in 2021, marking her first major championship victory.

The 2024 season brought continued success for Simon, highlighted by an exceptional run at the Nové M?sto Biathlon World Championships. She first secured a Bronze Medal in the 15 km individual event, before going on to win an impressive four Gold Medals. Simon maintained her championship form into 2025, where she once again delivered a commanding performance at the Lenzerheide Biathlon World Championships.
