The online world is awash with fitness coaches, but one of the undoubted standouts is vegan fitness coach Julian Hierro. He is the man behind the Jacked Vegans brand and is a popular social media presence, boasting more than 90,000 followers across various platforms. When he’s not sharing recipes, training tips, and inspiration with his audience, he works with busy professionals to help them transition to a vegan diet.

Hierro graduated cum laude from Texas A&M with a degree in Business Administration. He also led the varsity soccer team to their first-ever conference title. After graduation, he became an entrepreneur, starting a gym in his garage and eventually moving to a full facility with a 300-strong client base. At the time, he was a self-confessed “meathead” who laughed at the idea of veganism, but the more he learned about where his favourite meat was coming from, the less he liked it — he would end up crying whenever his girlfriend showed him videos of slaughterhouses. He eventually went fully vegan. He soon found himself in the best shape that he’d ever been in.

Today, with Jacked Vegans, Hierro is helping and encouraging thousands of others to make the same transition. He uploads vlogs to YouTube, blog posts to his website, reels to TikTok and Instagram, and works with people in person.
